Unser Sprachcamp “Active English” ist eine tolle Alternative zu Sprachreisen ins Ausland. Unsere muttersprachlichen Lehrer und teamer schaffen eine Atmosphäre wie im englischsprachigen Ausland. Die Teilnehmer lernen nicht “zwanghaft” Grammatik und Vokabeln, sondern aktiv und spielerisch. Ausgebildete Betreuer aus den USA, England, Kanada und Australien sprechen mit den Teilnehmern während des gesamten Camps nur Englisch.

Aber viel wichtiger sind internationale Freundschaften: Die Kinder erleben im Camp eine internationale Atmosphäre, da sie in ihrer Freizeit auch mit Teilnehmern aus der ganzen Welt, die Deutsch oder Spanisch lernen, zusammen sind. Es entsteht ein internationaler Austausch;

In kleinen Gruppen mit engagierten und erfahrenen muttersprachlichen Lehrern singen wir Lieder, spielen Sketche und nehmen an einem fantastischen Freizeitprogramm teil, das ebenfalls von Muttersprachlern betreut wird. Unsere Betreuer sind engagierte Pädagogen aus englischsprachigen Ländern. Die Kinder sind also rund um die Uhr von der englischen Sprache umgeben. Aktivitäten wie auch alltägliche Situationen werden von der englischen Sprache begleitet, sodass die Kinder zahlreiche Gelegenheiten haben, Gelerntes sofort anzuwenden.

DAS Akademie's summer camp is simply special. I know I'm biased because I've been helping to organise it for the past years. But that's also how I know how much love, dedication, care and commitmemt goes into the planning and execution of the camp! We aim to offer our students the best summer camp ever, and we're prepared to go the extra mile for that: From planning the perfectly balanced program to making sure everyone's safe when exploring Berlin, from checking the smaller kids have put on the right clothes to engaging in deeper conversation with the older teens – we're there for our students. Always.

Everyone at DAS – from intern to teacher to admin staff to the „big boss“ - truly enjoys what they are doing, and this is reflected in our attitude towards students, business partners and colleagues. We take our mission as educators and caretakers of the next generation seriously. For us that means not only to teach languages at our summer camp, but also to foster inter-cultural exchange and an open-minded outlook on life.

During DAS Summer Camp Berlin Active English, native English-speakers will care for you throughout. Together you will visit many of Berlin’s most loved tourist attractions as well as engage in a fun-filled program of sports and leisure activities. The campgrounds offer ample opportunity to go swimming, cycling and canoeing; to play football/soccer, basketball, volleyball, or table tennis; to have a barbeque, to make music, to dance, laugh and simply enjoy the best summer of your life with new friends from all around the world!
